1. Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the website is JAW Consulting, ul. Grodzka 5, 45-126 Opole, Polish tax identification number NIP 7121607236, operating under the Design in Europe brand. Contact: office@designineurope.com.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
The form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, project type and message content. The data is processed solely to respond, prepare an offer and continue correspondence regarding the enquiry.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and, in other respects, on the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting against claims.
4. Retention period
Data is retained for the period required to handle the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and then for the period required by law or needed to protect against possible claims.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be processed by the hosting and email provider only to the extent necessary for the website and message handling to operate.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) only after you voluntarily consent to analytics. We use Basic Consent Mode: before consent is given, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google.
After consent, Google Analytics may collect information about the use of the website, including page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, visit source and campaign (for example UTM parameters), approximate location, and basic device and browser information. For users in the EU, Google states that it does not log or store individual IP addresses; the IP address is used to derive approximate location and is then discarded.
We currently do not use Google Ads, remarketing or ad personalisation. Advertising-related consent settings (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) remain disabled. In our configuration, Google Analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months.
The legal basis for analytics processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for no more than 180 days solely to remember the setting.

8. External services
Links to LinkedIn lead to an external service that processes data under its own privacy policy.
9. Shop launch notification
If you sign up for the shop launch notification, we process only the email address you provide in order to send that notification. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your subscription must be confirmed through a link sent to the email address provided (double opt-in).
We retain the address until the notification has been sent or you withdraw your consent. Unconfirmed requests are deleted no later than 30 days after submission. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing office@designineurope.com. Providing your address is voluntary but necessary to receive the notification. The hosting and email provider may process the data only to the extent required to manage the subscription and delivery.
